On February 27, 2013, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 35), in which Kean University agreed to compensate Adjunct Faculty, who are given replacement courses, in place of their original contracted assignment which was issued by the Dean of their respective College/School, as a result of their original contract assignment being cancelled or reassigned to any other employee, less that two (2) weeks before the commencement of a semester, a "lump sum" compensatory payment.

On February 27, 2013, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 37), in which the University agreed to post the KUAFF Local' Union's Website Link, onto the Kean Website.

On February 27, 2013, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 36), which established additional compensation of $50.00 per credit for those Adjunct Faculty whose single course meets three (3) days per week, and, for those Adjuncts whose classes meet during the "Weekend College".

On November 14, 2011, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 33), which established the workload and compensation rates for those Math and English Department Adjunct Faculty who participate on the ATEAM Project.

On February 3, 2010, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 32), which established procedures for the distribution and collection and dissemination of Student Feedback on Adjunct Faculty Teaching.

On March 25, 2003, in a "Settlement of Agreement" (SOA # 2), Kean University, agreed to reinstate over 100 Adjunct Faculty who were removed from the Bargaining unit and reclassified, as well as to pay all retroactive representation fees due the union.

On April 27, 1999, in a "Settlement of Agreement" (SOA # 1), Kean University, agreed to the following accommodations for all Adjunct Faculty: "Notice of Vacancies"; "Spaces for Meetings", "Identification Cards", "Pay Dates", "Computer Access", "Workshop Attendance", "Directories and Catalogs"," Mail", and "Academic Support".

On September 7, 2007, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 27) which provided for the creation of a new category of Adjunct Faculty entitled: "Adjunct Affiliate Concert Artists". A new compensation scale was agreed to.

On March 14, 2002, Kean University and the KUAFF signed off on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA # 26), which would provide Adjunct Faculty full access to all Library Resources,  and provide the same borrowing privileges as members of the resident faculty.
